Marceline is a precious resource for me. Not only can she install a new printer, but she can rewire your entire system. I first called her because I had locked myself out of my MacBook Air, having at some point changed my password and lost it. Even the Apple people had given up on me. Marceline spent a little time coaxing the computer to give up its secret… and it did. While she was at it, she gave me a tutorial on using it that addressed both security and efficiency.
